I love good design.
When it comes to my career, I'm passionate about employing good design in the service of the many manifestations of education, and this has led me to User-Centered and Instructional Design.
My UX and LX experience to date is the product of a natural impulse to provide good resources, improve processes, increase clarity, allay common questions, and ultimately make life easier on people. Since I discovered that this is a field of its own, I have thrown myself into learning all I can about theory and practice of UX and LX. Every day I learn more.
